We recently launched our new Mogul Partner offering and we’ve had a remarkable response so far!
The key feedback we have received from our recent clients has been that they have really appreciated working with Mogul because while we have led and managed the project, we have been able to pull in experts as and when required. As a result, the whole process has been valuable, easy and seamless.
Currently, we are seeing two ways that our clients want to engage with us:
1. Mogul in a leading role
The RBP COVID Funding has been a godsend for hundreds of businesses across the country and we have been lucky enough to be working with quite a few of them. The funding has given them an opportunity to look at their business from a more strategic perspective and with a forward-thinking approach.
We are finding that these companies are all looking for very similar things:
1. How to position their company in the current competitive market to attract and retain clients
2. Understand how their clients’ needs have changed, how they can continue to meet their needs, and/or meet their new needs.
3. A clear implementation plan for moving forward into the future.
The brilliant thing about Mogul Partners is when we are working with a client who has specific needs, in a specific industry, we can bring in our expert partners to provide the best possible advice based on years of experience.
In our recent Mogul Partners projects, we have brought in experts with specialist knowledge in the following areas:
- Building and construction
- Market research
- FMCG (fast moving consumer goods)
2. Mogul in a supporting role
An interesting – and somewhat unexpected result – of launching Mogul Partners is that I have been asked to help manage a project that is not digital at all. But as a project manager with over 3500 projects under my belt, I have found my skills are transferable to other industries.
So the concept of Mogul Partners has already extended – from experts helping Mogul and our clients – to us providing support to experts who would otherwise turn down projects because they lack capacity or are not interested in managing the operational side of a project.
The expert I am working with is extremely skilled at the ideation and strategic level of the project that he is leading, but did not have the time nor the inclination to be making sure the day-to-day details of the project were documented and managed.
He said that by engaging Mogul Partners he has been able to continue to work on multiple projects at the same time and not be slowed down in the slightest.
