Our comprehensive workshops are designed to upskill business owners on digital marketing and ecommerce, specifically tailored to help businesses maximise their online presence, attract the right audience, and drive sustainable growth.

Training objectives may include:

  • Develop a solid understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce concepts.
  • Gain proficiency in SEO and Google Ads to improve website visibility and attract valuable traffic.
  • Understand the power of Google Analytics and leverage data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts.
  • Master the art of AI content generation, email marketing and marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and nurture leads.
  • Establish a compelling online store on Shopify or WordPress WooCommerce, including store setup, product management, and marketing campaigns.
  • Optimise local search visibility and customer engagement through Google Business Profile.


The key learning outcomes:

These depend on your unique needs and can include:

  • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to your business’s goals and target audience.
  • Implement SEO best practices and create and manage effective Google Ads campaigns, optimising budget allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Use Google Analytics to track website performance, analyse user behaviour, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement AI and marketing automation tools to foster engagement, automate repetitive tasks, nurture leads, and improve efficiency.
  • Establish a professional and user-friendly online store, attracting customers and driving sales.

NB. Our 1:1 support is always specific to each business’s needs.

The support may be delivered by Zoom, Google Meet or other relevant recommended online platforms if not in person.

Approx time investment for participants:

  • Minimum 2 hours for a one-off training session
  • Maximum 16 hours for 6 months of training.

Total cost for participants:

  • Minimum cost $500 + GST
  • Maximum cost – $4000 + GST

Businesses meeting these criteria will be able to access up to $2,000 (excl. GST).

* Management Capability Development Fund

Small businesses may qualify for funding to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners and key managers.
Management Capability Development funding is only available through the Regional Business Partner Network (RBP) Growth Advisors and can be used with service providers registered with the RBP Network.
Funding may be provided to a business where the Growth Advisors have identified a need for management training as part of an action plan to support the business owner to grow and innovate their business. Business owners are then able to select a service from a registered Service Provider.
