Hustler Equipment is a New Zealand company that manufactures innovative livestock feeding machinery.
Brent Currie, Hustler’s VP of Business Development International, wanted the company to be more visible in Google for their core business focus, bale feeders. Unfortunately for Brent, there are a number of competitors also investing in search engine optimisation (SEO) work who dominate the search engine pages for this category.

But with a well-planned effort over a few months including research into keywords and competitors, we were able to use tech SEO and on-page optimisation to launch them to the number one position in Google NZ for a number of their important words, including ‘bale feeders’.
Technical SEO refers to website and server optimizations that help search engine spiders crawl and index your site more effectively (to help improve organic rankings).On-page SEO is the practice of optimizing individual web pages in order to rank higher and earn more relevant traffic in search engines. On-page refers to both the content and HTML source code of a page that can be optimized.

As a result, Hustler is now receiving 25% more free web visitors to their bale feeder pages compared to this time last year, and they are getting significantly more enquiries.
