Cottages NZ had an existing website that needed to be refreshed to reflect their new branding. With over 7 types of cottages available and 3-7 size series within each of these, there was alot of content to go on the site and it needed to be organised so that it was easy to navigate. We achieved this by using ‘entry icons’ for each of the series.
The homepage has a flash slider with captions for each of the images. Visitors to the site can scroll through the presentation themselves and view the wide range of uses the cottages can be used for.
Our old website needed some revamping both in terms of overall aesthetics and ease of use to bring it up to date. We also wanted to introduce a quarterly E-Newsletter and with blog updates having become such an important marketing tool we wanted the introduction of a news page on the site. It was also important for us to have the capability of managing the content of the website ourselves.
Mogul provided us with a great looking website that fits with our overall branding, that is easy to navigate around and is easy to manage.
Since Mogul started helping us, web traffic to our site has shown a marked increase and we now have nearly 1000 subscribers to our e-Newsletter, which we think is fantastic.
