What FIRST 72 was looking for.

First72 emerged as a complete emergency preparedness solution after Cyclone Gabrielle to help communities across New Zealand prepare and stay ready for emergencies and disasters.

Their EPODs were already in market, but they saw an opportunity to also provide communities with equipment, training and support

The project goals were to boost customer engagement and improve brand perception of EPODs and the newly formed FIRST72 to become a trusted name in emergency preparedness.
