Our hosting provider will soon be migrating a number of our clients’ sites onto brand new, more powerful hardware which will include the latest versions of cPanel and CentOS.

We plan to facilitate this as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Ensuring your total satisfaction with this maintenance is our primary objective. We will keep you updated via e-mail throughout the migration process. The migration process itself will result in an exact copy of your account being moved to new hardware, and will ensure that the freshest possible, up-to-the-minute data is retained.

Once your data switchover is complete, we will begin diverting all traffic to your new server so that you do not miss any traffic or experience connectivity problems. Please be aware that there may be minimal amounts of downtime, however we will do everything within our power to ensure a smooth transition.

Please note, if you are currently using custom name servers (i.e. with another provider), this process may require a change of IP addresses. If you have domains on the following list, please update your domains’ name servers with the new IP address(es) listed. Please make these changes immediately. This will most likely involve logging into your domain name provider’s website and changing the A records. Or contact your domain name provider directly.

If your domain does not appear on this list, then your domain’s records are hosted with us – and you don’t need to do anything.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact us at
