With a growing business, Kuala Lumpur-based accounting firm eXtracc decided they needed a new website so Managing Partner Aiman Ezanee contacted his old friends at Mogul to deliver their dream. Aiman is one of our favorite clients, mostly because he so ‘gets it’. Two years ago we designed his brand and website with a distinct ‘start-up’ feel – as he was starting out. So when he came back to us recently asking for a more ‘grown-up’ look for eXtracc, there were a few high 5’s going around in the office.
The task of redesigning a website for an existing client is fairly straightforward. The quality of the existing WordPress theme and templates let us spend more time on design, giving eXtracc the next level in website design. Our designers gave eXtracc a more mature, elegant and sophisticated look and feel using a combination of tweaks on photography and icon style while supporting their current brand. Our developers then were able to bring the designs and content to life while giving the client the same amount of control in the backend so no further training was needed.
The new website has additional features as well including Mogul’s custom Xero Practice Manager integration which turns a regular contact form into a client on-boarding tool. This allows enquiries made via the form to generate client and lead records in XPM automatically, with the lead assigned to the appropriate eXtracc staff member.
The new website with an updated look, refined content and new features was exactly what we set out to achieve together with Aiman and the team.
