We were excited when The Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT) came to Mogul for a redesign of their website.
Mogul’s developer, Chris Webb enlightens us on what it was like working on the project:
“EIT is a diverse organisation with many different departments, subjects and courses spread across nearly 2000 pieces of content, so just planning the new site presented quite a challenge. Given these diverse requirements, we built their new site with maximum flexibility in mind. Along with some custom-designed pages with special features, we created flexible templates which allow EIT’s web staff to choose from a range of content ‘layers’ and position them on a page, fully customising each page to fit its purpose.
This approach proved so powerful and effective we have since adopted it for many of our new builds!
